Set this one up in July and it's been through about three complete rearrangements and plantings.......plants only; driftwood with plants; now rock with plants.......always striving for a natural look. Sand only substrate, 24/7 CO2, Pfertz liquids 3-4 times a week, 40-50% water change every seven days or so. Two angels, four rainbows, three otos, one bristlenose pleco, a couple of stray guppies and six or seven corys. The Italian val in the back with some sag in the left corner was planted quite thinly about a month ago, and the sword was just added two weeks back.......this one is growing like a weed. The crypts on the right are the only plants from the original setup to still be onboard. Had a bit of a dusty green algae problem on the glass, having to scrape it every few days, but cutting the light by two hours a day cleared it right up. Overall the fish have been very tolerant of my rooting around changing things and seem to enjoy the dense grass and the large leaves of the sword, breaking up lines of sight. How am I doing?
