Finnex ray II 24" on a 60p - enough light for the highest light plants?

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody knew whether the FInnex ray II is enough to grow any plant on the ADA 60p tank. Thanks!

I've got two 36" Ray 2's and they're so bright sitting on top of my 50G, they were making my Java Ferns leaves go transparent. I've had to limit the on time and cycle the two fixtures to cover everything. Excellent choice for lighting...
