What plants would work in my setup

My tank is a 20 gallon high with a 1 bulb florescent wide spectrum plant light. I use a two filters a Aqueon quiet-flow and a penguin 150 biowheel. I have regular gravel and dose with a complete vitamin supplement. I need some good plants fast to make a good aquascape. Here is a picture you can tell why i need to rescape.

Hers is a good list of low-light plants: Excellent List of Low Light Plants

You can look up what they look like and what they need on the web and decide what you want to try. Then posting a WTB thread on this forum would be my next step.
