What kind of growth would one expect from an Anubias Barteri in a low light condition tank(1.5 wpg). I got mine about 3 months ago and after it went through about a month of shock and establishing its roots started growing new leaves. Its grown a new leaf about every 2-3 weeks going from 4-6 leaves to 9 now. Is this very good for these conditions or very bad?

Can't say if it is good or bad, though I expect it's good, but that is about what I get from my Nana's with 2 wpg.

For those conditions, a new leaf every 2-3 weeks is pretty good. Mine puts out only one new leaf every week, but under 4wpg.

That's a pretty good growth rate at that light level. How's your spot algae?

Algae is not a problem, i keep a maintence crew of 4 otos, one rainbow shark and 3 nerite snails, all of which helps keep the algea under control, the otos work on the anubias leaves all the time.
