Exclamation RootMedic.net Bad Experience

Not sure where to post this, but I have had a pretty poor experience with Rootmedic.net's service.

On october 31st I placed an order for 1 pack of root tabs $15+$5 shipping figuring that for $5 shipping the turn-around would be relatively quick.

Sure enough the funds came out of my paypal account and now, 2 weeks later - I still have no root-tabs or message from the site.

Three days ago I sent an inquiry with my transaction ID simply asking for a status update - I have not received anything yet.

I hate to submit negative reviews, but for such a premium product I'd expect better service.

You can expect your thread to be closed very shortly since vendor reviews are a no no.

Just a rule, product reviews yes, vendor reviews no. I know root medics has a tendency to get behind but he is good for his product it's irritating but patience will be your best friend

I don't think this is out of line - this happened to me, I want others to know what they might be getting into. That is all.

These are root tabs... I'm not having a 90gal aquarium shipped to me.

Instead of complaining here I would just contact them directly and ask when an ETA would be for your order

Are they in Hurricane Sandy area? Because it affected my business, power without a week and I am sure it affects other people.

No vendor review on Tpt. You can alway get your money back by filing a claim with PayPal.
