As far as Feng Shui, this has nothing to do with Japanese gardening.
Some aspects of Feng Shui are rather obvious things most people would say are no no's, some, well.......

I have my own aesthetics, no tanks in any bedroom. The reason for this is that bedrooms are private places and meant for sleep. Shared living areas and guest can see and share the aquariums if they are in the living room, front entrances etc. Noise and distractions in the bedrooms causes issues.
Never know, you might be snoring, mouth agape, and a fish jumps and lands down your throat and you choke.

Could happen.

Clutter is also not aesthetic either, so no 29 tanks piled everywhere.

Still, that's not going to stop many. Some folks are forced due to the space and other people living there, and some folks are fish/plant "horders". Some are breeders and use the basement/garage etc.

In the next 1-2 years, I'll build a sun room on my house and keep all the tanks out there, maybe 1 smaller one inside.

I agree with Tetra 73.
