Best Reference Books?

I am looking to buy 2 really good aquarium reference books to buy online. One on plant types and one on fish types. I'm looking for books with good pictures and info and I would like them to be as "complete" as possible covering most of the known aquarium species.
I've had my eye on "Encyclopedia of Aquarium Plants" by Peter Hiscock does anyone recommend this book or do you know of a better one? Can someone also recommend a similar type book for freshwater fish species? Thanks guys!

Someone just got me The Encyclopedia of Aquarium Fish, hardcover. (barrons) It's got tons of great pictures. Just fresh and salt water fish. No inverts. And mostly just describes each picture instead of giving info about the fish... But it does have some really good information.

Axelrod's Atlas of Freshwater Aquarium Fishes is a classic, I've got that one.

My LFS has a different fish encyclopedia that's also really good... I'm sitting here trying to remember whose it is and I'm totally drawing a blank (it's not Barron's...)

EDIT- It MIGHT be this one: http://www.amazon.com/Encyclopedia-T.../dp/157958120X

In my opinion, the definitive book on FW fish is still Freshwater Fishes of the World by Gunther Sterba. I don't think you'll find a book that gives better general information on just about any FW fish your likely to run into. This is not a picture book, although the fish are illustrated. The book is also about fish, not about equipment.

In addition to Encyclopedia of Aquarium Plants by Peter Hiscock, which is very good, the book Ecology of the Planted Aquarium by Diana Walstad.

Encyclopedia of Aquarium Plants by Peter Hiscock.
Ecology of the Planted Aquarium by Diana Walstad.
Both are on the desk without any buyers remorse.
Regarding fish, ((IMO) a shameless plug for google.)
Planet Catfish, TAFF-II (the angelfish forum), sooo many sites offer current information it's hard for a printed text to compete and its free.

For plants:

Encyclopedia of Aquarium Plants by Peter Hiscock - good general reference, some minor misinformation ( misidentification in photos, etc.)

Aquarium Plants by Christel Kasselmann - best plant species reference, expensive

For fish:

Aquarium Atlas Vol. 1-4 by Hans A. Baensch - best fish species reference, expensive, also details plants

Freshwater Fishes of the World by Gunther Sterba is the most detailed and scientific work available even after many years since it was first published(around 1967) . It was written by a Professor of Icthyology from Leipzig university and he wrote it as an academic and not a marketeer so the information is about as complete as it gets on most known species....
