Exclamation My first planted tank

I have kept fish for a number of years, freshwater and marine. Although I've never really tried to do a planted tank as such. I have a Red Sea Max 130D (34 gal), in which has been cleaned out and ready to use (currently empty in my garage). I've taken out the protein skimmer and intend to change the lights to an Interpet 55w Daylight plus and Tri plus lamp. I also intend to use CaribSea eco complete substrate and also a JBL proflora u402 Co2 system. Would all of this be suitable for such a tank, I aim to have a heavily planted tank. I've just been reading up about undergravel heating and wanted to ask if it really does make that much of a difference for the plants? Please help, I've looked everywhere.
