I've seen some good looking shell dwellers some for sale even on this site. Also Will's favorite GBRs. Other small small cichlids as mentioned above.

Small shoaling fish such as CPDs look fantastic in numbers.

yup sure is. to bad i can't freagn' find it in anything that is not limestone!

i forgot all about GBRs! German Blue Rams would be great in that tank. maybe i should go back to GBR in my 29 and not do the apistos lol.

i think CPDs would get boring after a while, but i don't really like schoaling fish though.

I was looking at your signature thread is that telanthera hard to keep? I've seen it but don't want to grab it if it's just going to shed leaves till it disintegrates. Your 29 is pretty in there...what happened?

Darby's had some apostos under $10 if you're looking that is.

Maybe a bamboo plant for the cray to climb.

i hated the telanthera i put it in three different tanks, and it never did well. but that was no CO2 and no Ferts.

i think my 29 was pretty early in the stages, but it is funner to stare at now, there is a lot more going on, and the fish are more active with it being heavily planted. i think the fish enjoy it more now, and thats what counts.

i may have to make a trip out there. i really loved my apistos, do you remember what kind they had?

my idea with the cray was that i wanted him to have a tower to command not, just something to climb on.

Will

Call they're open till 6-7.
I thought you bought a co2 system? It's the way to go. If you have the time much like yourself. (cue Sam's anti-high tech soapbox.)

I'd like some apistos one day. Just ... they kinda snarf shrimp and I <3 my pumpkins, so. Not gonna happen for now. Course, I also still pine for that purple and black betta, too.

I'm honestly pretty happy with my middle-tech thing. I dose excel (And will be getting Ferrum once I have some cash), do 50% of the EI regime and do water changes weekly. It works okay for me, though I'm still squirting excel at some algae spots. I may switch to H2O2 for that.

Two. The third is a hospital tank and I'm not sure that one is not wobbly. It seemed lopsided. 10g seems kinda small for an apisto harem.

They don't! And that is why they cannot be in Whiskertank 2012. They would need their own.

Hey guys. I'm gonna try and plan something for the upcoming week or two. Maybe we could get together at Jims or Ihop and just talk about ideas.

I'm ok with that. Just shooting the sh*t at first. Don't know if I have anything to take. As long as its after 6 o'clock, that's better for me. Weekends are best atm. But I'll see what you all decide. No holidays coming up, so that's win.
