Ok, so I think I have made up my mind on what I want to do.
I have this tank

it is a 29 gallon with 2 24" flourescent lights. Currenlty it has a goldfish in it. I am going to be moving the goldfish into another tank.
I don't want to use any C02 just yet, and I don't want to buy any new light fixtures yet either. I plan on buying 2 new fourescent bulbs. What type should I get? I was looking at the coralife bulbs like these

I am at the point now where I am just trying to decide on lighting.
