2 options to hold the wood so you can use the wood as shelving. 1) silicone it. 2) earth magnets
The fish shouldn't get trapped and with having the "substrate" as flat bottomed rocks, it makes it easier to clean.

Are you planning to put the SAE that I am offering in that tank? If so, you are not going to be able to breed pleco in there. Babies WILL be eaten.

Yea...I have the school in with the pleco's. No wonder none of the babies survived before I started pulling the cave out haha. Guess that mean's my breeding pair needs their own tank. I suppose I can still use it for growing out juveniles though. That would keep everything algae free. Gonna be a pain to get them all out though when the time comes haha

Haha...we'll see. My male pleco bosses around everything in that tank. When I had him in there the school was hesistant to swim around his turf. Now that I have him fanning eggs in a breeder box the SAE swim all over the place looking much happier.

Bill, Jimmy, and the other Bill...everyone let me know what you think of your plants. Not only first impressions but overall how everything looks over the next couple weeks. I know some of them had bent leaves and what not that will likely yellow over and melt, but they will be replaced with new growth soon.

I want to give the guy feedback for everything as a group because I wasn't about to look at each and every plant since there was over 132 of them. But out of the whole lot, there was only one plant that I found while sorting them that actually had a melted rhizome to the point where it had to be trashed.

I'm prolly gonna start attaching mine tomorrow. Everyone post pictures!

Hey Steve,

I checked out the anubias when I got home. They look fantastic. I'm floating them in a my 10g for now while I set up a 20 long under my 55. I'll probably have pics up by mid next week.

Thanks
Bill
