Just thought I'd post here to let folks know that the Petco in Montgomeryville, PA is going out of business and having a big sale. They have some nice deals on aquariums, stands and other supplies. Their address is:
Petco used to be good for fish when they opened in the mid 90s. I used to go to the one in South Allentown and they had a decent fish section. Then 4 years years ago half the aquairums were taking out. Almost all fish shops closed up area here.
I wish any of my friends who drive past that store every day would've called me. I'll have to run up there and see what's left. That store has been terrible for years. The electronics store next to it went outta business too.
Anymore I go to the new petco(used to be superpets) in Bethlehem only for supplies, all my live fish I get from Aquabid or the swap and shops, I don't trust chain fish stores around anymore. It is the worst when a bare tank has three dead fish floating around and all the other fish are nibbling on them, why would I ever want to take those fish home? Who knows what kind of disease my tank will be infested with... The Lehigh Valley is lacking in the fish store business...
