Does anyone have a seeded filter pad that I could buy to cycle my 40 gallon tank?? I will pick it up..$5-$10 bucks? I would greatly appreciate it.
Getting back into the hobby after a year..sold all my stuff, starting new. I don't know anyone who has a tank, so I figured i'd ask here...
Thanks.

I know where that is. You are a bit too far from me (about 40 miles).

It should be like 50 min -hour drive.... I could pick it up, or meet you somewhere close to your house. I have no problem with that. Obviously it's up too you. If you put it in a bag of ur tank water. wouldn't it survive the drive? Let me know, you're the only person answering me lol. I appreciate it. I will pay $10..

I'm in 19454 near the 309 Theatre...I can give you a handful of seeded bio-media and what I can squeeze out of a sponge for free. PM me in case I forget to check the thread.

Well, Van came by and grabbed all the critters. EXCEPT, one amano shrimp.

Anyone want to come by tonight or by lunch tomorrow and grab him?

Other than that,

jB

Jason,

They are looking more happy after a day. I am curious to see if they are going to be able to reproduce in this tank. I've gotten very small percentage of black neon frys to survive in this heavily planted tank.

Hey Bill!

It's been a while. Hope all is well and you are situated.

I am still neglecting my tanks. Got some nice fish from Jason 2 weeks ago.. It's inspiring me to clean up my tank a bit.

hmmm....posted a reply yesterday, guess it didn't take....dumb phone, dumb phone!! things are ok Van. situated? well, kinda. we're staying with family until we save enough $$ to buy a house. no more renting for us unfortunately, that means no tanks and no plants.

i saw the beauties you got from Jason. i'm sure they are loving that neglected tank.....plenty of algae to munch on between meals....LOL and how many times have we talked about you cleaning the tanks up. tough to do when you're so busy the tanks will always be there when you get spare time. or better yet, i'll just stop by an maintain them for ya. i have nothing better to do right now anyway......LOL

how are the breeding projects going?
