anybody want some bolbitis?

I'm going to be trimming my bolbitis. I hate just tossing it out. Let me know if you're interested. I'm in NE Portland. If you have something to trade, I wouldn't argue but it's not mandatory.

If too many of you want some I can keep a waiting list. I've heard that bolbitis is slow growing but it seems to me that I'm trimming mine at least once a month.

I'm sorry, everybody, but I posted in the Oregon thread so that I wouldn't have to deal with shipping. People that can manage a local pick up will be first served.

Is bolbitis hard to find in other parts of the country or something? My LFS is never without it in Portland. If you can't get it where you are maybe we can work something out.

If you still have some I might be interested. What neighborhood are you in? I don't really have much to trade unless you want some trident fern babies.

I'm in Alameda, skelley, near Wilshire Park but I'm meeting someone tomorrow in SE off of MLK at Main for a boblitis handoff at about 5, 5:30ish - if you like, I could meet you there too. Send me a private message if you're up for that.

I still have two or three good chunks (rhizomes at least two inches with multiple nodes). I'd like to give it away by the end of the weekend though.

Sean aka dswiese got his today, plus a little tuft of Windelov.

Sean, I forgot to mention about the snails. I'm pretty sure there were a few Malaysian trumpet snails attached to the pieces I gave you. Those kind of snails are actually good for your tank. The eat excess food (and their population is a great indicator of overfeeding) and the way they burrow in the substrate helps aerate your substrate. Plus, I've been told that loaches love 'em.

Thanks for your interest, everyone. The current batch of trimmings is gone now.

It was first come first served and I know some of you didn't get some. I will let you know when I trim more in a few weeks.

@bonapart no worries on the MTS, already have my share

got these right before a week long biz trip, so they are finally getting settled into the tank schedule and seeing some new growth.

Thanks again
