Phosphate levels in Cinci Water

Anyone know off hand what the average phosphate levels are in the area? im in North Colllege Hill so Im pretty sure my water comes from the aquifer. to cheap to buy a test kit right now and the water report online dont tell me much.. Id also like know silicate levels.

Also looking for some cuttings of ludwigia inclinata species.. namely "cuba" if anyone one around this way is growing that stuff..

Also of interest:
eusteralis stellata, lobelia, limnophillia or some star grass.

thanks much!

Not sure about the levels but I thought the Enquirer did a story about it last year. I could be wrong on that.
