Plants, Fish in Dayton/Cinci

I live in between Dayton and Cincinnati. I've heard a couple of LFS names thrown about, but I'm wondering what you guys recommend around here. I'd be willing to drive for a selection of plants and healthy fish.

I heard a lot people say Aquatics and Exotics in Cincinnati have hard to find fish and some plants. I never went myself. Maybe someone who had been there can share their experience.

I mostly had got my fish from Petsmart and Jack's Aquarium. The Jack's Aquarium in Lebanon (near the walmart) always had a okay selection of plants, but their fish stock is healthy and good selection. I had gotten my Bolivian Rams from them and other uncommon fish.

They're pretty good. Nice fishes with some rare fishes and some plants. You can get live blackworms there too.

They are in Dayton. They have freshwater fish as well...not that many plants. Neat store to look around at especially the salt water selection.

iv been to both monford aquarium and aquatics and exotics. Monford has a better plant selection Aquatics has a better fish selection.but on the other hand Aquatics can get you pretty much anything within a day or two usally

I went to Monfort after the spring swap meet for the first time and I wasn't too impressed other than their corals. Maybe I hit them at a bad time but they had a poor selection of fish and plants.

I want to get to Aquatics but I'm in Dayton and the trip to Cincy for fish is more of a luxury weekend thing rather than an after work thing.
