Store Credit in NYC/LI

Has anyone had success selling excess fish for store credit (or cash) at any local NYC stores?

My endlers are breeding me out of house and home and most of the stores around here sell them for ridiculous prices for some reason.

EDIT: My bad. Leviathan posted nearly the same topic a month ago. I should have checked first. Sorry.

To be fair, I didn't get any answers to any specific stores. I think it'd be nice if we could all compile a list of stores that will take fish for free, store credit, or cash.

I had no luck, I tried to get cash/store credit for my killifish a few yrs back at Pacific and the guy said they were to small? I didn't stress it, kept it moving.

Frosty, I wonder if Pacific might take them? They sell them for freaking $10 a piece, seems like you could make a killing if they're willing to buy them off you.

That's the thing that blows me away. People actually buy these fish for so much money? It boggles my mind. I guess I'll give it a shot and see what they say.

Edit: Btw, I'll share the love: if anyone local wants some endlers for free, trade, or donation, just let me know. I just noticed 6 more fry when I got home from work just now.

Have tried Win? I know he used to sell guppys that he claimed to be bred from a prize winning breeder. He didn't charge extra for them, but they actually were very nice. Alot nicer then the generic guppys that are around. Not sure if the prize winning breeder was a personal source or not though.
