popeye question

i have a GBR couple and the male has popeye dunno if from a fight or what. is it ok to separate the pair to treat only him in a qt tank ?

Its not only ok, but the preferred way to go.

If you're feeling adventurous you can take a syringe and suck out the fluid behind the eye to relieve the pressure. But only if you're adventurous

nah lol im not that adventurous. i was just worried the female wouldnt like it if i seperated him from her . i got him in a qt tank dosing paraguard hopefully it works im pretty sure i caught it very early . its only one eye and he has been eating and acting normal . thanks for response
