Hi Everyone
Im considering buying a new filter for my tank either the fluval 306 or the 406.
Right now I have the fluval 206, marineland 280 and aquaclear 200. Nothing is wrong with either of the filters they work fine Im just wondering if thats enough filtration. If I upgrade to one of the larger fluvals I would do away with either the smaller fluval or the marineland or both? Or if you all think thats enough filtration, should I do a power head instead? My tank is a 56 gallon tall weekly 30% water changes.

9 neon cardinal
9 rummy nose
3 balloon ram
3 cory
3 oto's
I use co2 led lights heavily planted.
Thanks

Are you testing your water weekly? If so, how are the levels? Just based on what they are rated for, I think you have enough filtration.

A single canister would probably be a lot cleaner looking though :) Easier maintenance wise as well.

I don't think you need to, but if you do upgrade - I would be interested in "rehoming" your 206 :)
