what size is the tank?

That is a lot of light unless you have a lot of plant sucking down that CO2. Also, if the tank is new, this algae is a common occurrence as the tank cycles (at least it has been for me in many previous tanks) but goes away after the cycle is complete.

Best to siphon out as much as you can and possibly turn back lighting (or run two instead of four bulbs until things clear up).

Too much light too long Photo-period, Cut down to 6 hours if you will be continuing same light. Further Read

Cheers!!!

It depends on the indicator, but lime green isnt enough co2, atleast for me. I prefer light yellow, so I know for sure that its a little excess.
