Light Blue Background

Anyone know of any shops in NYC where I could find a sky blue background like in this tank? I found one that seemed light enough at Win but once I put it on my tank it looked rather darker.

It looks like those are just etched window screen similar to those used by oliver knott when he is doing demo on aquascape, then you just turn on a light or led behind the tank to get whatever color you like.
