I think I have one centuries ago, have to look for it. I didnt really clean the ceramic disc when I took it out long long time ago, it should still work. FREE if I found it.

Can't tell you how much but not too much and run less hrs for new tank, like 6? You dont need much light if you have anubias and moss only. I run 60w cfl using the stock clip light on my finnex 4g, I guess 2 inches above tank, everything is ok, pumping 1bps on a gla atomizer, fish and plants are happy. Monitor and adjust. Play with it, thats how you learn.

im pumping 1bps, around 8 hrs a day.
have moss, anubias, h.m. glosso and the hydrocotyle you gave me which started growing really well before i replanted them. haha

to your point, yea gotta play with it more. until then, i gotta keep doing water changes.

Let me correct it, maybe I should say 14w cfl = 60w. Yeah, the bulb that came with the clip light is 26w cfl = 100w, this doesn't sound too much now.

Yeah. It is just regular screw in bulb, so you can always replace it. I bought the 14W GE 6500k from walmart, couldn't find any from local HD or lowes.
