What are you guys feeding them? I am feeding frozen brine shrimp yesterday, haven't tried flakes, need to grind it to powder for them to eat I guess. Maybe that golden pearl thing?
I crushed flakes into a powder and fed golden pearls today. They pecked at both. They eat shly, like my microrasboras

I got a school of embers from Rachel too. They're awesome. A lot of them are loaded with eggs (but I am not going to attempt breeding them for now - no space for another tank )

I saw this on Seriously Fish today and it reminded me of this thread

"One of the smallest tetras in the hobby, H. amandae has become more readily available in more recent years. There are two colour forms, one of which is predominantly yellow, as opposed to the more usual deep orange/red variety. These may turn out to be separate species, as they are not found together in nature, and apparently cannot interbreed."

They are beautiful... very worthy of nano tanks!
