Ryan this should help. I've had these bugs too, only in my tank with gravel in it. The tanks I have with flourite and AS have no issues. Not sure if they're related or not. I had some white clouds that bred though and the babies devour the worms as fast as they grow. I don't think they're harmful though. Good luck, hope it helps.
