hello. i'm starting to get some hair algae problems lately. got it from a hygro plant that i've traded with some SAE's. i have DIY CO2 and a lot of rcs and 5 ottos so they're keeping it at bay.

i'm thinking of helping them out with algone. have anyone tried this before? i'm due to replace the filter media as well so i'm looking at putting them in there or the cheaper magnavore phoslock.
