If thats what you are referring to, then yes. I would not go with those at all. Here's why:
It starts off with approx.
36" approximately? Is that less than or more than 36" If it is 36 3/16" then the tank is going to hang over the stand. Not cool.
I am assuming that 17.7 is the width of the tank?
.7 is close to 3/4 but not exactly. If I were to guess at what .7 was on a tape measure, I would say 11/16 of an inch? Then again, we are talking about approximate measurements. What if it is more like .8? Once again, the stand could be built a hair too small for the tank.
Too much guesswork and potential for dissappointment.
