I think what everyone here is trying to get at is, why spend so much on a nice ADA tank and place it on a stand that isn't the correct size. Theres no sense rushing the stand if it won't fit flush. No one here wants to see you rush and have regrets later on. You spent the money on a nice ADA tank, now finish it off with a stand that will compliment the tank.
You can either wait for the actual tank to come in and measure it yourself or just convert the *cm* to inches and give him that to work with. Like I said before, ANY good carpenter should beable to convert or at least make it to your perfect specs.
