ok I'm bringing this thread back from the dead! So I bought myself a Garra Pingi Pingi today at the LFS. What a hand full! I have yet to see him settle down and my girlfriend called me at work cause he was trying to jump into the filter (top hanging). I got home, couldn't find him at first...upon closer inspection he was in fact in the filter body behind the carbon pouch.

I have to say I'm a little scared with what I'm reading about them. Some say they are cold water only and attack goldfish, others say they are great for the tropical setup and are non threatening. I'll let ya know what happens.

Are they really Garra pingi pingi or Garra flavatra?
