Cool - I talked to someone that said I should wait until I get the tank and measure the tank with the same tape measure that is going to be used to make the stand to make sure it is exact.
Do you suggest this? Rather then telling him to make it 36x17.7x27.55 (which is the measurements in inches?) - sometimes cm to inches don't always come out right, ya know?
