Jaws and Claws on the North end of town off College, has some plants. They don't have a huge variety but they would probably be happy to order things you wanted. They have a decent selection of fish and again would probably order anything they could find for you.
My girlfriend went to Deep seize right after it opened and asked if they had any flourish excel, I believe what the guy suggested as an alternative was some marine supplement...
