Here are some rolls I order all the time:
volcano roll
deep-fried shrimp, cream cheese, avocado and jalapeño; topped with scallops cooked in spicy sauce and scallions.
ford’s filler
deep-fried shrimp, crab, asparagus and eel; topped with tuna, yellowtail, salmon, and avocado
brookside roll
tuna, crab and asparagus topped with eel
Ford's filler, interestingly enough, was actually created by Harrison Ford's son Ben who opened a restaurant (called Fords Filling Station) next door to the sushi bar I go to...his restaurant didn't last too long (maybe it was the $30 hamburger), but the sushi's still there...
And I love dynamite rolls, but the best I had was at a place in Fort Collins I used to frequent...
