Ok, what about the two Angels, two Plecos and about 6 Black Skirt Tetras?
They wouldn't normally be on my list but the friend with the Amecas has some that she would like to not have anymore...

Also, would I have too many bottom dwelling fish if I had Corys with the Plecos?
Right now I have one Sterbai and one adopted Emerald and would like to get them each two friends of the same type, these two spend almost all their time together but I really prefer to keep Corys in groups. I was originally planning on moving them to the 55g and getting more and having shrimp and Otos for algae, etc... but now I would rather skip shrimp and Otos since the Angels are there.

If the black skirts wouldn't work (too nippy or too large...) what would you suggest as far as something the Angels can't munch? heh

Thanks a ton for the responses.

I would add some type of tetra for a schooling fish. I wouldn't add a livebearer as you would still end up with a bunch in the long run as the angels wouldn't be able to keep up with all the fry.
