I wouldn't put another angel in the tank, as they can get pretty territorial and could cause a lot of problems for the new one. You could have 3 bristlenose in there if you want, but I would suggest just 2 and hopefully you get a male and female and get some babies. Add the apple snails they won't hurt much.
I would add some type of tetra for a schooling fish. I wouldn't add a livebearer as you would still end up with a bunch in the long run as the angels wouldn't be able to keep up with all the fry.
