They never used to have live plants, but last time I was in they had a handful of varieties under woefully inadequate lighting (and presumably no CO2). A couple ludwigia species, r. wallichii (I think), some java fern and crypts. Nothing outstanding.
In terms of fish, they've always got some decent selection, though they never seem to have the more interesting fish I'm interested in - sidthimunki loaches, for example, or any dwarf cichlid. They do have some nice looking large cichlids, if that's what turns your knobs, and are very friendly and seem more knowledgeable than not.
Your mileage might vary, but I'd say they're definitely worth a look-see if you're coming down I-25.
