I want to start a 60 gallon tank. I have this beautiful piece of manzanita driftwood, but it has been used by a bearded dragon for about three years. If I clean it and disinfect it good enough, could I use it for my fish tank?

Could I scrub it real good with a bleach/water solution? It is way too big to boil. Any suggestions please?
