It's been so long since I've checked my pH. But I do know that in the past there have been seasonal fluctuations in the KH levels...higher in the summer and lower in the winter.
I think Fremont gets water from multiple sources depending on what part of the city you live in. I'm in the north end, near Decoto Rd and Fremont Bl.
