The easiest way to treat ich is to raise the temp up to about 82 or so, then add about 1/2tsp of aquarium salt per gallon of water. This should get rid of the ich completely, and it's a lot cheaper.

Even easier would be treatment in a small hospital tank, like owlavatar said.
