I dunno, I'm not at all 100%- but I sure would keep a close eye out for eggs! If you only have 2, I hope the other is a male? Otos are pretty secretive about their breeding; there was a great article on Otos in the Feb 2008 TFH (I'm pulling from there for the following):

-the more fish involved the better the chances of a successful spawning
-doing a PWC and adding cooler water (74-76F) may trigger spawning
-need acidic water, preferably 6.2-6.4 pH for the eggs and fry to properly develop
-cover the filter intakes with sponges
-lots of plants, especially floating plants if the lighting is over 1.5wpg
-they typically spawn and attach the sticky eggs to the undersides of leaves
-tank needs lots of veggie matter; algae and/or blanched veggies
-a grow-out tank for fry is ideal, with a sponge filter, water from the main tank, and lots of algae/veggie matter again
-10% daily PWC once the fry are hatched out (eggs typically hatch in about 2 days) to maintain pristine water
