Hey DiA, I lived in Thailand for years and saw some pretty makeshift rigs for a "tablesaw". For instance, a piece of plywood with a slot cut out for the blade and circular saw attached to the underside of the plywood(upside-down) with screws through the foot. Clamp or screw a straight piece of lumber parallel to the blade for a fence. This was the common set up seen when a crew was doing the finish work on a remodel. Whatever way you go please be careful!! Hey what kind of cool fish are available there? Where are you in Malaysia?? I've only been to Penang. Good luck and watch your fingers!!
