I am trying to set up this diffuser

to be inline with this pump.

This is going in the back of a 24 gallon AquaPod. The filter is built into the back section of the tank, so no canister. It's a little tight, but i can fit it in there, with the right adapters. the ones that came with the diffuser are too small.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help!
(sorry about the pic quality, it was a race to beat dying batteries.
