The guy from lowell sell least killifish, they are live bearers, not killifish. =< (i brought a pair, she's pregnant!)

He's a Elephant ear =) His tail Spans 180 too =)



Too bad, i think he is too old to breed. =/ he refuse to nest no matter how much i condition him with a female =(

His a big ears. Dumbos ears reach almost their tails. Too old? Slip a Viagra in his water lol. How are you conditioning/setting things up?

Oh the leaf? i DIY, lol Just a Leaf on a suction cup, nothing to see. He loves it!

Oh i put a female in another tank next to him. I put a paper between them and let them see each other for a few hours a day for 3 weeks. Nothing, lol. =<

On the other hand, my baby (well my baby) DT is nesting like a nut even tho he is only 3 months old and not even fully grown his fins yet =/

You know you can take his nest and place it in your EE tank. Best way I've found them to get em going is place the young male next to him with the female inside a mason jar in his tank kind of in a corner where they both can see her this will help encourage him to show off. Also a cup(or that same leaf placed upside down) cut in half then taped to the tank will encourage him to have a place to build his nest. In the wild they usually built there nest under a leaf or something and display there colors and flare up under their nest to attract a mate.

The convention is a work in progress I probably won't it to see what's offered just the auction it self. And they are doing something on kilis on Saturday night

oh i wasn't actually trying to breed him, dont have the time to do that right now. i was just trying to see if he is breedable. I am pretty sure he is at least a year old.
