Hi guys, if anyone out there has a DIY CO2 properly set-up, if they can please help me out here, everything is ok, i have 2 bottles producing CO2 and when i put the tube in my aquarium bubbles come out, here is my problem. Once i connect my tube to my glass diffuser i bought, for some reason, it doesnt spray heaps of small bubbles in the aquarium, i noticed that the diffuser was only 1/3 filled with water in which probably came through when i put it in the aquarium, but i just need to know how to wor this thing. I THINK that its because it's supposed to be FULLY filled inside of it with water. If so, how can i do that? water goes in till about 1/3 filled, then it doesnt go in anymore.... HELP
