New guy to freshwater dropping in to say hello. Used to do the reef thing but got out of it awhile back. Now going to try a small planted tank with a Fluval Spec V I just ordered. Oh, and I'm in Lexington.
Anyone in the area (south-central or in need of a road trip) that needs some baby guppies, plants, or snails? I have a jungle of water sprite and wisteria in my 45-gallon tank and another jungle of wisteria in my 10-gallon. Bladder and ramshorns snails out the wazoo in the 45 and tons of ramshorns in the 10. Plus we recently noticed that there are quite a few baby guppies hiding in the 10-gallon tank's wisteria plant--nothing fancy, they are called pink flamingos but aren't the ones with the big flashy tails. I should have several lace (windelov) java fern 'babies' as soon as I figure out how to remove them from the mother plants without killing them!
