Looks like a nice start Todd. I agree things will look a bit better when the blyxa grows in. I'm wondering if your hardscape might get a bit swalloed up.
BTW the nappy plant looks like: Alternanthera Reineckii to me. Can grow in a beautiful full red (I hope I just added 6 stems to my 125)
