Default 48G Tall Journal

So today I got new substrate and replaced it. The old gravel that was in the tank didn't grow plants well. Here's the Spec's:

Size:20"L 18"W 30"T
PH:7.2
Temp:80-82
Co2:diy Yeast 2 2.4 Liter bottles
Lighting:coral life quad flourescent 96 watts (total) which brings me to 2 wpg 8 hours a day
Substrate: 70% course sand 30% shultz aquatic plant soil
Plants: I plan to Have a pygmy sword foreground with lots of very large amazon swords for everywhere else.

Heres a pic with just the new substrate:

Don't worry the tank is cycled it's been running almost a year I just decided to go planted with it. Also the water is a little cloudy from the new substrate.
