Do you have a way for the frogs to be able to get out of the pool if they fall in? Looks a little deep to me.
Not sure what you are going to need to sustain the plants, but if they require ferts you need to be extremely cautious. Ferts could be lethal to the frogs as they absorb things directly through their skin.
The enclosure is very interesting. The only other problem that I could see is the flow from your stream sweeping both frogs and flies into the pool. As long as the frogs can get out then you shouldn't have too much to worry about. The flies on the other hand could die and cause the water to become toxic.
Have you done any research on the frogs requirements? Might want to check out this site for flies:

I have used them in the past. Their site is a little cheesy, but they have secure online ordering and good service. If you get Wingless Drosophila melanogaster, you can keep flies forever if you can keep the cultures going. Those things reproduce like wildfire. You would probably need to get some culture materials, etc. but they sell that too.

Im going to have one or two frogs. Yes, there is a way out of the pool. IDK why it looks steep to you, but they can get out with no problem. Im probably not going to use any ferts. Too dangerous. The streams flow isent strong enough to sweep any kind of frog away. Its not even strong at all. I am home schooled, so ill keep an eye out in the pool and other things in the tank. So there wont be any flies in the pool. Yes, i did do research on the frogs requirements. Yes, i know what i need to dust the flies with. I am going to get the Wingless Drosophila melanogaster.
