I've never been there, is it worth a 90 min trip?


I recall an awesome aquarium specific shop in Chicago, but I can't remember the name. It had lots of salt water fish. I remember a 1000 gal (guessing) tank that had an adult lion fish in it. Any ideas?

This is my favorite fish shop in the state. I used to go to school down there and really enjoyed going there.

Thanks for the review. My tank is cycled now and ready for fish.

If you haven't been there yet, it is worth the visit. Call ahead if you are looking for a specific fish. They get new shipments weekly on Thursday I think. They have weekend specials too.

I stopped by Sail Fin yesterday. They had fish that I had never seen in person. I just wish they were closer, the 1.5 hour drive is problematic.
