It looks like I am to damn dumb to figure it out Can't keep it clean and algae free. Everything was purchased new except Co2 regulator and is in perfect shape

Wow, that is a stunning setup. Can't believe you're selling that. I wish I had money/space for that thing.

I almost want to convince you to keep it haha
If you were supplying CO2 and providing adequate lighting based off the CO2 your algae issue might be stemming from the trickle filter. If I'm not mistaken those tend to gas off the CO2 in the tank if they aren't sealed.

You know 99% of this is CO2 management right?
The rest is perhaps light management.

If you have tossed in the towel 100%, then someone will get a really full blown awesome system. I'd buy it if you were in my area.

Actually I'd come over an fix the algae issue for you before it ever got to this point

Aben314, set up correctly, a sump/wet/dry does not degas CO2 anymore than any other type of filter, what it does do is provide a location for all the other equipment, evaporation tank lines are gone, surface skimming, no film on the water's surface, and higher O2 ppm's, 15-40% higher.

Regards,
Tom Barr

Great set up, good luck with sale. I can't see a single item I would have selected differently.

At one point I even sealed the sump completely using plexiglass and tape. It did not help one bit
I tried so many different things and nothing seems to work. At this time I dumped HC as I was tired of it and planted styrogene repens and blaxia everywhere.
Plants growing nice and green but I can't get rid of the BBA on rocks. It keeps coming back

I will upload some pics soon

Thanks for kind words guys. It sure is nice set up. Only thing I would change is tek lights. Wanted dimable ati but no money

Not to be an a$$ but before Mods stumble across, you do have to post some sort of a price.

Great set-up btw and the quality and care come across loud and clear.

I want all of it 'cept the lights, but assume it's out of my current budget... I am afraid to make an offer, due to fear of being laughed out of the room. lol

what are you asking for this beauty?
