Looking for Lemon Tetras

Any lfs that you know of have these. I was in AA yesterday and they did not have any, although they seem to be having a special on dead and sick fish.

I'm going to be swinging by the AA in Bolingbrook today. I can take a look for you and let you know if I see any

Looking for Lemon Tetras

At AA right now. They have about 15-20 lemon tetras. All look healthy and I don't see any dead fish in any surrounding tanks

Yes, I got 7. It was my first time to that store and I think I like it more than the Hoffman Estates loction. Although smaller, they had much healthier fish as well as a better selection. Their salt water selection was better as well. Also, I saw things there like the huge selection of driftwood and plumbing fittings. It was super crowded when I went so I know I missed stuff. I may go back during the week for a better look.

I've never been to the Hoffman Estates location so I can't compare the 2 that well. Bolingbrook always seems to have a good selection and people are on top of getting dead fish out of tanks. If I spot one while in the store, I usually tell someone so they can pull it out. Yes, they do have a decent selection of driftwood, but compared to the swap, it's all overpriced. I'd say their saltwater selection is decent, but I've been to a few dedicated saltwater stores and AA has nothing on them. All in all, it's a good store in my book.

yeah, you are right on on the driftwood prices. In all honesty, if I were buying something more pricy or delicate than, say Lemon Tetras, I would go a different route as well.
