^ it's why i still go to old town to buy stuff from time to time. but i think they'll be just fine w/o me :P the rich folks in old town and the gold coast will keep them in business with the thousands they'll drop on custom tanks and sw tanks. but i like all those guys, all very chill, friendly and knowledgeable.

I like Old Town quite a bit also, but man are their prices even more out of whack than Old Orchard's, which is saying something.

Old town is higher due to location. I think for people down town it's still cheaper than running out to the 'burbs with travel & time.

I'm personally a fan of Thee Fish Bowl in Evanston. They don't have the best selection of supplies, but they've got good fish and cool people that work there.
